Want to Play Maid of Stone?
Our bookers attend many gigs and festivals each year. The absolute best way to get on our radar is to get out there and play live — if you’ve got what it takes, we’ll find you. In fact, 95% of our line-up is discovered this way.
That said, we do have an application process for bands who’d like to reach out directly.
Applications are open for up-and-coming, highly talented bands performing original material — mainly in the rock and heavy rock genres. We’re also open to blues rock and heavy metal, but please note that anything too extreme isn’t quite our vibe.
And if you’re based in Kent — even better!
If you have applied previously, please only re-apply if you have new material to present that you believe showcases you at your best. Or previous applicants remain on file for consideration. Due to the large amount of applications and the delay in processing them you will only hear from us if your application was successful.

TRADERS
There is currently no availability for food/drink traders in 2026.
Non-food vendors are welcome to apply to join our waiting list by contacting trading@maidofstonefestival.com
Please email stating what you sell and include photos of your stall. Clearly state what size pitch you require (including behind the stall) and if you require power.
Please note the maximum allowed space of pitch depth in 2026 is 8m (including stall and van/storage).
VOLUNTEER
If you would like to work at the festival in exchange for time off to see bands, food vouchers and the warm and welcoming atmosphere behind the scenes of an awesome rock festival then we can help.
