What Tickets Do I Need - Our Guide To Securing Your Ticket
Weekend Tickets
Adult Weekend Ticket - admits anyone 16+ to the arena from Friday opening to Sunday close.
Kids Weekend Ticket - admits anyone age 5-15 to the arena from Friday opening to Sunday close. Under 18’s must be accompanied by someone 18+
Children under 0-4 can attend for free - ticket required.
Day Tickets
Adult Day Tickets are available for all three days. The tickets are valid, on the day, from opening time till closing. They are for admittance to the arena only.
Children’s Day Tickets are available for anyone age 5-15. Under 18’s must be accompanied.
Children under 0-4 can attend for free - no ticket required.
Parking
Parking tickets are available for cars and motorbikes. You can purchase day tickets (must clear the car park by midnight on the day of your ticket) or weekend tickets (valid from Friday 17th 9am till Monday 20th 11am).
VIP (Upgrades)
Available as Weekend or Day. These tickets upgrade a standard arena ticket to allow access to the VIP area. They are a supplement and not a standalone ticket. To obtain a VIP wristband you must own a standard ticket (weekend or day) and a VIP (weekend or day).
General Camping Supplement
A supplement required, per person, to camp in the general camping field. Age 16 plus. Under 16’s camp for free if supervised by adults.
Camping Plus Supplement (VIP Camping)
A supplement required, per person, to camp in the VIP camping field. Age 16 plus. Under 16’s camp for free if supervised by adults.
Note: if you are renting a glamping tent or pre-pitched tent from Tangerine fields you DO NOT need to also purchase a camping supplement
Campervan / Caravan Pitches
Available as Non Powered, Powered, Extended and VIP
These passes are per vehicle/pitch - not per person. Each pass allows up to 4 people to stay on the pitch in the van/awning. All pitches are 6m x 6m except the entended which are 8m x 6m. Anyone staying on the pitch must also hold a weekend arena ticket.
ACCESSIBILITY
Maid of Stone is accessible. However, the entire site is on grass and is at the mercy of the British weather. When the weather is bad we will do our best to maintain walkways and areas in the arena so they remain accessible to all. Mote Park does handle rain particularly well.
CARER PASSES
If you require a carer to attend the event with you, you can apply here. To qualify you must:
- Have purchased your own ticket (you will be asked for a reference number)
- Be in receipt of Pip/DLA for your condition or hold a valid Nimbus/Access card that states +1
Carer passes are free and match the ticket you have purchased (day or weekend).

FACILITIES
There will be accessible toilets spread around the arena. In Access Camping there will be a disabled toilet and an accessible shower unit. If you require a larger area with hoist, there is an accessible toilet at the Mote Park visitor centre a short distance from the main entrance.
ACCESS CAMPING
The area of general camping closest to the entrance is dedicated to Access Camping. There is no specific Access supplement - you will just need a general camping supplement, but priority for pitching is given to those with disabilities and accessible needs.
ARENA VIEWING
The usual setup at Maid of Stone includes a raised viewing platform on the main stage and a fenced area for the firestarter stage. This area is set diagonally and goes right to the barrier to ensure no-one stands in front and blocks the view. Each stage should also have our lovely Access Team on hand in case you have any issues.
BLUE BADGE PARKING
The first row of the car park is reserved for customers who have purchased a parking ticket and hold a blue badge. Please show both to the traffic stewards on arrival.
Travel
Arriving by Car or Bike
If you are travelling by car, the event car park is reached by passing through Maidstone Leisure Centre’s car park, and around the back to the gated field. There will be traffic stewards present.
You will need to purchase a parking ticket from our ticket page. Day and Weekend Parking is available. Motorbike parking is also available.
Please do not park in the leisure centre car park because you will be fined. You must go over the gated threshold and onto Mote Park’s top field. We are not liable nor responsible for any parking fines incurred by parking inside the leisure centre car park.
The Council car park situated within Mote Park’s main entrance is for park users only and closes before the show ends. Any vehicles left there can be removed.
Please note, we strongly advise that you do not park in and around residential areas surrounding the park and doing so will run the risk of you receiving a parking ticket. We are aware of parking attendants patrolling on show days.
Please note that the festival accepts no responsibility for any vehicle breakdowns or issues that occur on site. All drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are fully roadworthy and meet all legal requirements, including valid insurance, tax, MOT, and any other relevant documentation.
There are three train stations that service Maidstone.
Maidstone West is 1.3 miles from Mote Park.
Maidstone East is 1.4 miles from Mote Park.
Maidstone Barracks is 1.7 miles from Mote Park.
All three stations serve London stations
Arriving By Bus
The Mall Bus Station is approximately 1 mile from Mote Park.
Arriving By Taxi
Most taxis operate a pick-up/drop off service from the leisure centre car park.
Food & Drink
At Maid of Stone we understand the importance of great food and drink as well as great music. We work with the best local and UK-based food vendors, and cater to most diets. It is our mission to bring you a wide variety of cuisines to keep you fuelled to rock out over the weekend!

Customers are not permitted to bring any food or drink items into the arena and will be searched on entry. One sealed bottle of water per person is permitted and this can be refilled, for free, at our water refill points.
Snacks and milk for young children are allowed. No cans, please. Sugary snacks for diabetics are also permitted.

FAQS
Can I bring my own food and drink into the arena?
Adults are not permitted to bring any food or drinks onto the site, apart from sealed bottles of water. Parents can bring snacks and a soft drink for young children (no cans, please).
Those camping with us can bring their own food and drink for personal consumption in the camping areas.
Can I bring my pet?
Highly trained Assistance Dogs are the only animals permitted on site. Due to possible concerns for animal welfare in the environment (including loud music, smoke, sun, pyrotechnics and fireworks) we ask that anyone requiring a highly trained assistance dog to accompany them to contact us first at customer@lucuslive.com
Can I bring a chair or blanket?
You’re welcome to bring your own seating (folding, camping chairs) and blankets to sit on, however, please be aware that these cannot be placed directly in front of the stage because it creates a hazard. You must be behind the barriers, which will be clearly signposted and not in walkways.
Is there a limit of rucksack size?
Can I bring perfume and other cosmetics?
In the campsite - yes, but no glass bottles above 30ml. You may be asked by security to spray a cosmetic on you to ascertain its contents. In the arena, no glass bottles, liquids or cosmetics are permitted.
What time does the campsite close on Monday 21st July
Everyone must be on the road by 11am.
When are stage times announced?
We usually announce these late June.
What is the postcode for my satnav?
The parks postcode is ME15 7RN but that will take you to the park’s main visitor entrance. Follow the signs to the event from here. Alternatively, enter Maidstone Leisure Centre into your satnav/phones for exact directions.
What form of payment is accepted in the arena?
The bars and non-food traders (market stalls) accept cash and card. Food traders usually accept card only although we are looking at some units to accept cash this year.
How far is the car park to the entrances?
Depending on where you park in the car park, it’s between 100-400 yards to the campsite entrance. The main visitor entrance (non-camping) is on the other side of the site, which will take you around 5 minutes to walk. For those who struggle to walk distances, there is an accessible entrance next to the camping entrance.
